I am very proud to be an award-winning author, having won a prestigious award from The British Guild of Beer Writers for my first book, The Food and Beer Cookbook (2007).
My second book, How to be an Everyday Kitchen Magician (2012), shows anyone how they can turn food that may potentially end up in the bin, into delicious meals.
My new blog www.manrejuvenated.com tells the story of my transition from unhealthy, pre-hypertension, statin-taking carnivore, ‘social’ smoker and drinker to athletic-conditioned, pharmaceutical-free, ultra-healthy, 100% whole food, plant-based eater.
