I am very proud to be an award-winning author, having won a prestigious award from The British Guild of Beer Writers for my first book, The Food and Beer Cookbook (2007).
My second book, How to be an Everyday Kitchen Magician (2012), shows how anyone can dramatically reduce their food waste, while at the same, time create delicious and easy meals for next-to-nothing with leftovers and the most mundane and everyday ingredients.
